Tudur Hallam yn ennill y gadair / Tudur Hallam wins Wrexham Eisteddfod Chair

Roedd yn fraint ac yn anrhydedd anhygoel cael mynychu seremoni cadeirio Eisteddfod Genedlaethol Wrecsam. Llongyfarchiadau mawr i Tudur Hallam am ennill y gadair am ei waith dewr a thalentog. Roedd y seremoni yn hynod emosiynol, gan ddysgu mwy am gyflwr iechyd Tudur a’r frwydr ddewr mae’n ei hwynebu yn erbyn canser, a thystiolaeth dyner ei frawd am Tudur.

Roedd yn fraint cael gweithio ar brosiect mor eiconig yng nghyfnod diwylliant Cymru ac fe fydd yn aros yn y cof am byth.

It was an incredible privilege and honour to attend the chairing ceremony of the Wrexham National Eisteddfod. Huge congratulations to Tudur Hallam on winning the chair for his brave and talented work. The ceremony was deeply emotional, learning more about Tudur’s health condition and the courageous battle he is facing against cancer, and the tender tribute from his brother to him.

It was a privilege to work on such an iconic project in the cultural life of Wales, and it will remain in the memory forever.
